Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Both plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount if you want to lock in savings.

What's included in the 2 free handyman hours?

Any task from our 30+ service catalog that can be completed within the time: drywall repair, painting, fixture installs, TV mounting, fan repair, minor plumbing, electrical, and more. Your account manager helps prioritize.

Can I roll over unused handyman hours?

Premium members can roll over up to 4 unused hours. Hours reset quarterly to keep things manageable.

What does the quarterly inspection cover?

Plumbing leak check, HVAC filter assessment, caulking and weatherproofing review, smoke/CO detector testing, exterior drainage evaluation, gutter condition, and visible roof inspection. You receive a written report with photos.

Do you offer custom plans for HOAs and builders?

Yes. We create custom community plans with volume pricing for HOAs with 20+ units and partnership programs for builders. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
